 Pontoon power Bimini top installation

The Power Pontoon Bimini Top will fit 8' or 8'-1/2" Wide Pontoon Boats

Never wrestle with raising or lowering your canopy top and framework again, the fully electric pontoon boat top takes the hassle out of your pontoon boat's bimini. The patented electric actuators raise and lower your bimini top at the touch of the dash mounted toggle switch (included)

Low bridges? No problem!!! Just push the button on your dash or use the optional key fob remote.

Docking your pontoon in the boat house? No problem!!! Just push the button on your dash or use the optional key fob remote.

Don't want to drill a hole in your dash for the switch? No problem!!! Just order the optional key fob remote. The top will work without the dash mount switch.

Our team of professionals can install your top usually in one day. Every effort is made to run the wires for the top actuators through the tubing of the deck fencing for a clean, professional look. Wiring run under the deck is protected in corrugated conduit to provide a clean look and protect wiring from damage. The power top circuit breaker and wireless remote receiver (if selected) are securely mounted inside the helm station. Installation includes removal of your existing top (returned to you at job completion). The existing stern light is removed and installed on your new top or you may opt for a new stern light for an additional charge.

The top can be purchased as a Do-It-Yourself installation for persons who are handy with wrenches and wiring (it's a two person job). Installation should take most customers and their helpers about 5-8 hours once existing top has been removed. Tools required are minimal and can be found in most households. The tool list includes:

  • Pencils
  • Tape measure
  • Electric Drill
  • 3/8" Drill Bit
  • 1/2" Drill Bit
  • Phillips Drill Bit
  • 3/8" Nut Driver
  • 5/32" Allen Wrench
  • (2) Philips Screwdrivers
  • Tape Measure
  • 1/2" Wrench
  • Wire Cutter/Stripper
  • Wire Crimper

If you want a clean look with the wires run through the fence rails you'll need to ad the following to the tools list:

  • Hook tool (for grabbing wires and
  • string/twine through drill holes)
  • Corrugated conduit (for running wires
  • under the deck)
